  We started with the hottest pepper mash made with every RED pepper from our field: Ghost, Reaper, 7-pot, Scorpion, Naga Viper, Wartryx, Death Spiral, Red Savina, Devil's Tongue, Scotch Bonnet, Brazilian Srarfish, Rocoto, Thai, etc.

  Then we added freshly smoked garlic, onion, red jalapeno and poblano peppers, plus dried ancho, arbol, chipotle and guajillo. Turbinado sugar and lime balance the heat and add depth to the flavor of this smokey bastard - pretty damn hot but completely crushable.
